Terms of service

These terms apply to appointments booked with Eternal Men and to the use of this website. Eternal Men is a Men’s Barbering & Social Club at U3/74 Dover Road, Scarborough WA 6019.

BOOKINGS

Appointments are made through our Square booking system. A booking is confirmed when Square confirms it, not when a request is sent. Prices and durations shown on this website are the prices and durations in our booking system at the time of publication; if the two ever differ, the price shown in Square at the time you book is the one that applies.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

If you no show, need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of its time, you will be invoiced 50% of the service price. Thank you for your understanding and support.

WAITLIST

If the time you want is taken, the waitlist will notify you automatically when something opens up. Being on the waitlist is not a booking until you accept an offered time.

ARRIVING LATE

Each appointment is booked for a set length of time. If you arrive late we will do what we can in the time remaining, and the full service price still applies.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT SERVICE

Some of our services have conditions attached, and these are set out on each service page. In particular, if it is your first appointment, you want a significant change, or you have more than three months of growth, please book a Restyle & Consult rather than a Haircut. If you book a service that is not right for what you want, we may not be able to complete it in the time booked.

MOBILE BARBER PACKAGE

The 3 Hour Mobile Barber Package is quoted rather than fixed-price. The base package covers a call-out within 45 minutes of our Scarborough location, three hours for three men, and includes set-up and pack-down of our equipment. Travel beyond that radius, extra people and any customisation are quoted separately. A quote is confirmed in writing before the booking is held.

GROOMING, SKIN AND RECOVERY SERVICES

Our waxing, tinting, skin and recovery services are cosmetic and wellbeing services. They are not medical treatment and nothing on this website is medical advice. Please tell us before your appointment about any skin condition, allergy, recent sun exposure, medication or injury that could affect the service, and speak to your doctor first if you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you. We may decline or modify a service where we do not think it is safe or appropriate.

RETAIL PRODUCTS

Products shown in our shop are sold through our Square store, and any purchase you make there is subject to Square's checkout terms. Product availability and price are as shown in Square at the time of purchase.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
