If we're booked out
If you need a particular time and it's booked, use the waitlist and you'll automatically be notified when something is available.
Cancellation policy
If you no show, need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of its time, you will be invoiced 50% of the service price. Thank you for your understanding and support.
